Position: Business Development Representative

Reports to: Business Development Manager
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and social media.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Eny Consulting Inc.'s services and solutions.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit with Eny Consulting Inc.'s offerings.
2. Client Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Eny Consulting Inc.'s services.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and subject matter experts to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build rapport, provide updates, and identify opportunities for partnership.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales process.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential niches, industry segments, and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Business Development Manager and leadership team for strategic decision-making.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and subject matter experts, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business development.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, updates, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth and success.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to generating new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of business analysis, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
