Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our services can meet their goals.
• Drive the sales process from inquiry to successful enrollment, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or enrollment roles, preferably in the education or consulting sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an asset.
