We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding clients, driving engagement, and enhancing retention. ✅ Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our programs.
✅ Conduct welcome calls, orientations, and training sessions to introduce clients to our offerings.
✅ Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to enhance their learning journey.
✅ Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships.
✅ Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
✅ Collaborate with clients to optimize their learning experience and drive success.
✅ Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
✅ Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
✅ Ensure empathetic and solution-driven responses to enhance client satisfaction.
✅ Provide expert guidance on program curriculum, resources, and learning objectives.
✅ Recommend personalized learning paths tailored to client goals.
✅ Monitor progress and provide insights to improve learning outcomes.
✅ Collect video, audio, and written testimonials, and feedback to improve our programs.
✅ Work with the product and content teams to implement client-driven enhancements.
✅ Assist in the development of new resources and tools based on client needs.
✅ Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction rates.
✅ Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or courses.
✅ Work closely with the sales team to explore expansion opportunities within existing clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in customer success or account management (preferably in the EdTech sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
Must be willing to work onsite in Victoria Island, Lagos.
