What You Will Actually Be Responsible For

1. AI Chatbots & Agents

• Build and deploy AI chatbots for website and landing pages
• Create AI agents for lead qualification and follow-up
• Develop GPT-powered assistants for internal team use
• Build prompt libraries for different departments
• Train AI models using company-specific data

2. Automation Systems

• Build automation in GoHighLevel and N8N
• Connect systems using Zapier, Make, and API integrations
• Automate onboarding flows for students and clients
• Create automated WhatsApp, email, and SMS sequences
• Automate reporting dashboards

3. Internal AI Tools

• Build AI tools to support:
• Enrollment team scripts
• Marketing content generation
• Support ticket resolution
• FAQ auto-response systems
• Create AI-based SOP generation workflows
• Develop AI-driven analytics reports

4. Optimization & Innovation

• Audit manual processes and automate at least three per quarter
• Reduce turnaround time of key processes
• Test emerging AI tools and recommend implementation
• Prototype internal AI products for scalability

Technical Requirements

You must have hands-on experience with:

• OpenAI / ChatGPT API
• Custom GPTs
• Zapier or Make
• GoHighLevel automation
• Basic API integrations
• N8N
• Webhooks
• Prompt engineering
• Basic Python or JavaScript (preferred)
• No-code automation platforms

Bonus if you know:

• LangChain
• Vector databases
• Botpress or ManyChat
• Web scraping
• RAG systems
