Job Summary
Eny Consulting is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Enrollment Executive responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, providing advisory support to prospective clients, and converting prospects into enrolled customers. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion.
- Engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to present Eny Consulting’s services.
- Provide sales advisory by understanding client needs and recommending suitable services or programs.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and improve lead conversion.
- Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends to support business growth.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, admissions/enrollment, or customer acquisition roles.
- Strong ability to qualify leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
