We are seeking a Business Consultant to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of delivering high-impact consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert advisory services on process improvement, business transformation, and market expansion.
• Collaborate with clients to design and execute data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions on business analysis, data analysis, and product management.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
