Through The Business Analysis School, we specialize in business analysis, data analysis, and product management training, equipping professionals with the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving job market.

We are currently seeking a HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team! This role requires an experienced HR professional who can handle day-to-day HR and administrative functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Handle HR administration, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management initiatives.
Assist in training and development programs for staff and students.
Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Support HR policies, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
Organize and participate in team bonding events and company culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
Professional certifications like CIPM, PHRi are an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Must be willing to work onsite in Victoria Island, Lagos.
