We are looking for a Career Consultant to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching professionals, guiding career development, and providing strategic career advice to help individuals reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide career coaching and advisory services to professionals at different career stages.
✅ Assist clients with resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
✅ Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support career growth.
✅ Develop and facilitate career workshops, webinars, and training sessions on job readiness and career advancement.
✅ Stay up to date with industry trends, job market insights, and emerging career opportunities.
✅ Collaborate with corporate partners and recruiters to create job placement opportunities for candidates.
✅ Support students of The Business Analysis School in securing internships, mentorships, and job placements.
✅ Maintain and update a career resources database for clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
3+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, or professional development.
Strong knowledge of job market trends, hiring practices, and resume optimization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Experience working with job seekers, career changers, and professionals in tech-related fields is an advantage.
Ability to work onsite in Victoria Island, Lagos.
