 Position Overview:

Work Mode (Onsite) - Victoria Island, Lagos

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.


 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.


 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the education or training industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
