Design and lead a scalable sales strategy for B2C, B2B & B2G programs
Manage the entire sales pipeline – from lead intake to close and upsell
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to optimize lead flow
Conduct and oversee sales calls, DMs, webinars, and enrollment follow-ups
Train and manage junior sales team or enrollment advisors
Implement CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) to track and optimize performance
Report weekly on revenue performance, projections, and client feedback
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
4+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in coaching/edtech/consulting)
Strong closing and persuasion skills; comfortable with high-ticket sales
Familiar with CRMs and automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Data-driven, coachable, and able to lead others to exceed KPIs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
