Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee daily business and school operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures that improve productivity, accountability, and scalability.
  • Lead execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business growth goals.
  • Manage vendors, procurement processes, facilities, and operational resources.
  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial and operational reports to guide decision-making.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and profitability of training cohorts and business units.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics across operations, programs, and service delivery.
  • Conduct operational audits to ensure consistency, quality control, and compliance.
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity during disruptions.

Program Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of all onsite, hybrid, and virtual training programs.
  • Oversee scheduling, trainer/faculty coordination, student onboarding, and learner support.
  • Ensure seamless virtual session delivery, including platform readiness, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Track attendance, completion rates, feedback scores, and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain and continuously improve learning resources and program materials.
  • Coordinate certification processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Ensure training calendars are accurate, communicated, and delivered on schedule.
  • Recommend new courses or program improvements based on market demand and student feedback.

Commercial & Growth Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth initiatives by aligning operations with enrollment and retention targets.
  • Supervise admissions and enrollment pipelines to ensure timely conversion of leads and applicants.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and student recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor class utilization, trainer productivity, and resource efficiency.
  • Support B2B training partnerships and corporate client engagements.
  • Identify expansion opportunities including new programs, partnerships, or locations.

Team & Leadership Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate internal teams to achieve business targets.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and performance management for instructors and staff.
  • Coach team members to improve productivity, ownership, and service delivery.
  • Lead weekly operational meetings, planning sessions, and review meetings.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, Sales, IT, Faculty, and Support teams.

Student Experience & Service Excellence

  • Oversee customer service standards across all student touchpoints.
  • Manage escalations relating to student complaints, refunds, scheduling, or service concerns.
  • Ensure a positive and professional student experience from inquiry to graduation.
  • Maintain brand excellence across physical and virtual learning environments.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Introduce automation tools to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards across all learning programs.
  • Drive innovation in operations and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations, program management, or leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, training, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoom, LMS platforms, CRMs, and productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence.
