Responsibilities:

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of all onsite and virtual training programs

  • Oversee program outcomes, including scheduling, instructor coordination, and student support

  • Monitor program performance, student feedback, and learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams to optimize program delivery and promotion

  • Ensure seamless delivery of virtual sessions, managing platforms, troubleshooting, and technical support

  • Maintain and update program materials and learning resources to reflect current industry standards

  • Liaise with vendors, instructors, and partners to support smooth program operations

  • Track and report on key program metrics (attendance, satisfaction, completion rates)

  • Coordinate certification processes and ensure compliance with relevant education standards

  • Oversee student onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle

  • Assist with organizing and executing in-person training events and workshops

Requirements:

     Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, education administration, or training coordination related roles 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Experience managing both virtual and in-person events or training programs

  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of virtual learning platforms (Zoom, LMS, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and student experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
