Position Overview:

The Operations Manager at Business Analysis School will be crucial in scaling our operations to enhance the quality and reach of our educational offerings. You will work and ensure our infrastructure supports a seamless learning experience. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical operational oversight to foster growth and excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and educational excellence.

• Develop and implement robust operations systems that support the delivery of online and in-person courses.

• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring seamless program delivery and exceptional student service.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and reflect educational best practices.

• Manage administrative staff and coordinate educational staff to ensure program goals are met.

• Monitor compliance with applicable bodies to continuing education and certification programs.

• Manage student data systems and ensure that all educational offerings maintain high-quality standards.

• Manage key administrative functions including student registrations, faculty coordination, and curriculum dissemination.

• Spearhead initiatives to optimize processes and integrate new technologies that enhance the learning experience.

• Oversee compliance with educational accreditation standards and maintain quality assurance across all programs.

• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on student recruitment, retention strategies, and satisfaction.

• Prepare and review financial and operational reports to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.

• Direct and enhance organizational procedures, establishing metrics for management and performance evaluation of the education services.

• Facilitate collaboration across various departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with overall company objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing to support school promotion, student enrollment, and community engagement.

• Handle procurement of learning materials and resources while managing vendor relationships.

• Liaise with partner organizations for our B2B training initiatives

• Lead and manage in-person and virtual training events for the school

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in operational leadership. Experience within the Ed-Tech or educational services industry is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage educational operations with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.

• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and drive team performance.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in using modern educational technology and platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
