Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of The Business Analysis School. This role will be critical in executing strategic plans, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring educational excellence in both onsite and online programs and scaling our training offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of strategic business plans to improve operational efficiency and uphold educational excellence
  • Develop and implement robust operations systems to support seamless delivery of online and in-person training.
  • Oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth program delivery and exceptional student service
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures that reflect best practices in education and improve efficiency
  • Establish performance metrics and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to align operations with company objectives
  • Monitor compliance with continuing education and certification requirements, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize processes and integrate technology that enhances the learning experience
  • Ensure compliance with educational accreditation standards and maintain rigorous quality assurance
  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial and operational reports to guide performance improvements and strategic decisions
  • Direct organizational procedures and establish performance metrics for operational and educational services
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration from support, IT, marketing to align operational goals with overall company objectives
  • Support school promotion, student enrollment, and community engagement in partnership with marketing
  • Manage procurement of learning materials and vendor relationships efficiently
  • Liaise with partner organizations to support B2B training initiatives and foster external collaborations


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within education or training environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in operational leadership. Experience within the Ed-Tech or educational services industry is preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and drive team performance.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in using modern educational technology and platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
