Position Overview

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our learners and fostering a vibrant online community. You'll be responsible for assisting students throughout their learning journey, from enrollment to graduation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Student Support:
    • Provide timely and effective support to students via various channels (email, chat, phone)
    • Assist students with technical issues related to our learning platform
    • Monitor student progress and offer guidance as needed
    • Address student concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Enrollment Support:
    • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process
    • Answer inquiries about our programs and admissions requirements
    • Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the enrollment funnel
  • Community Engagement:
    • Actively participate in our online community forums and social media channels
    • Moderate discussions to ensure they remain positive and productive
    • Identify and cultivate community leaders and influencers
    • Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among community members
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate student records and track key metrics
    • Assist with the development of support materials and resources
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
