We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Enrollment Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and helping them choose the best learning path to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Prospective Student Engagement & Lead Conversion
✅ Connect with potential students through phone calls, emails, and social media.
✅ Provide detailed information on our training programs and answer inquiries.
✅ Understand the unique career goals of each prospect and recommend the right courses.

Enrollment & Sales Process
✅ Guide prospective students through the end-to-end enrollment process.
✅ Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every applicant.
✅ Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales goals.

Collaboration & CRM Management
✅ Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
✅ Maintain accurate records of student interactions in our CRM system.
✅ Provide feedback on market trends and enrollment challenges to improve strategies.

Market & Industry Awareness
✅ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and EdTech developments.
✅ Identify opportunities to enhance the enrollment experience.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or enrollment roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of the EdTech industry and tech-related roles is a plus.
