Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in creating and optimizing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine ad creatives and targeting strategies based on performance insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on managing Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok campaigns.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve specific KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and CPA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
