We are seeking a highly motivated and technically curious AI Automation & AI Agents Intern to join our team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven systems that enhance operational efficiency, streamline repetitive processes, and elevate both internal operations and customer-facing experiences.

We are looking to hire an AI Automation Intern who is able to:

The Sales & Enrollment Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, promoting Eny Consulting’s services, and converting leads into enrolled customers. The role involves managing inquiries, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to successful onboarding while supporting the company’s sales targets and growth objectives.

The Role
This is not a traditional role. You will work across multiple business functions, with responsibilities changing based on business needs. You may be handling CRM cleanup one day, content scheduling the next, client follow-ups, event coordination, or supporting automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Execute tasks rapidly across operations, marketing, sales, and programs
Draft and manage professional communication including emails, WhatsApp messages, captions, and updates
Use digital tools daily to deliver outputs such as Google Workspace, Canva, AI tools, CRM, and project management tools
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Work independently with minimal supervision
Provide proactive updates and flag blockers early
Support cross-functional projects as assigned

Key Competencies
Rapid execution with ability to turn briefs into outputs within hours
Strong written communication that is clear, professional, and fast
Digital tool fluency including Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT or Claude, CRM tools like GoHighLevel, and project tools like Notion, Asana, or ClickUp
Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
Strong self-direction and ability to work with vague briefs
Cross-functional flexibility and willingness to switch tasks frequently
Proactive communication and consistent updates
Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions independently

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Completion of a structured VA or digital skills program such as ALX, ELX, Utiva, AltSchool, Side Hustle, VA Academy, or equivalent with certificate required
Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience including freelance, contract, internship, or full-time roles
Based in Lagos and available for hybrid work 2 to 3 days per week in-office
Access to a working laptop and reliable internet
Strong written English which will be tested
High energy, low ego, and strong sense of urgency

Compensation and Structure
Salary range of ₦150,000 to ₦250,000 monthly based on experience and assignment
Performance-based bonuses for top performers
Three-month probation with structured reviews at Day 30, 60, and 90
Six-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or conversion
