About the Role
We are looking for a smart, fast, and adaptable Business Operations Associate to support key areas of the business including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Programs, and Tech.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where responsibilities may change based on business needs. You may handle client follow-ups, admin coordination, CRM updates, project support, content scheduling, or automation tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily business operations across multiple departments
• Coordinate tasks across sales, marketing, and program teams
• Draft professional emails, WhatsApp messages, updates, and reports
• Manage CRM systems, data updates, and follow-ups
• Use tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, and project management tools
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Provide regular updates and escalate blockers early
• Support internal projects and process improvements

Requirements
• Completed a VA or digital skills program (ALX, Utiva, AltSchool, Side Hustle, VA Academy, or similar)
• Minimum of 6 months work experience (internship, freelance, contract, or full-time)
• Must be based in Lagos
• Available for hybrid work (2–3 days weekly in office)
• Must have a working laptop and reliable internet
• Strong written English and communication skills
• High energy, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits
• ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly (based on experience)
