Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and organizations interested in our programs.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Advise clients on the best-fit training and certification options, creating tailored proposals as needed.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, coordinating with instructors, and following up to close enrollments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding post-enrollment support and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to continuously refine our messaging and offerings based on client feedback.
- Represent the Business Analysis School brand with integrity and expertise at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of consultations/discovery calls booked and completed (weekly)
- Enrollment/conversion rate from consultations (monthly)
- Student/client satisfaction ratings (weekly/monthly)
- Growth in corporate accounts and repeat business (quarterly)
- CRM data accuracy and pipeline health (ongoing)
What You’ll Do (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
Weekly:
- Conduct discovery and follow-up calls with leads
- Prepare tailored proposals and answer client questions
- Update CRM and pipel
Quarterly:
- Analyze trends in client needs and suggest new offerings
- Present results and growth opportunities to leadership
- Attend/represent the company at industry events
Growth Opportunities
- Progress into Senior Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships Lead, or Program Director roles.
- Opportunity to shape new offerings and expansion into adjacent markets.

Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or a related client-facing role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathy and a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable using CRM software and managing pipelines
Preferred:
- Experience in adult education, EdTech, or professional training sector
- Knowledge of business analysis and project management certifications/programs
- Experience managing client accounts or stakeholder relationships
